A St. Louis priest was arrested on sexual abuse charges.
The suspect is 29-year-old Father Xiuhui “Joseph” Jiang of the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis located at 4431 Lindell Boulevard.
Police say the victim and her family met Jiang through their church and became close with him over the past year.
